Standard delivery time is 30-45 minutes from order confirmation, depending on order size and distance. During peak hours (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM), delivery times may extend to 45-60 minutes.
For large orders (GHS 200.00 and above), we recommend placing your order at least 1 hour in advance to ensure timely delivery.
We do not guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond our control such as traffic, weather conditions, and order volume.
You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or phone call once your order is accepted. Please ensure your contact information is accurate when placing your order.
Our delivery rider will call you when they arrive at your location. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Food Quality Issues: If you receive an order that does not meet our quality standards or is incorrect, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery at 0531587568. We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

If your order has already been prepared or dispatched, you may be charged for the order even if you refuse delivery.
We take care to package all orders properly to maintain temperature and quality during transit. Hot items are packed in thermal bags, and cold items are packed with ice packs when necessary.
However, we cannot guarantee that items will arrive at the exact same temperature as when they left our kitchen, especially during extreme weather conditions or long delivery distances.
You can add special instructions to your order (e.g., extra spicy, no onions, etc.). While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled, especially during busy periods.
