All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept cash, Mobile Money (MoMo), and card payments. Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are subject to change without prior notice.

For delivery orders, a delivery fee may apply based on your location within Takoradi. The exact fee will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, and traffic. We strive to deliver within the estimated time but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information.

Our delivery area covers Takoradi and surrounding areas. Orders outside our delivery zone may not be accepted.

We make every effort to ensure product information, including ingredients and allergen information, is accurate. However, this information may change without notice, and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please inform us when placing your order. Our staff will do their best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 10 minutes of placing the order, provided preparation has not begun. After this time, cancellations may not be accepted.

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately at 0531587568. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
